What does Design4Social sell?
Original downloadable marketing design assets for real estate professionals, including email newsletters, social media systems, listing kits, client guides, open-house assets, and lead-generation resources.
Is anything physically shipped?
No. Every product is a digital download. Files and access instructions are delivered electronically after successful payment.
Do you provide custom design or real estate services?
No. Design4Social does not offer custom design, brokerage, mortgage, consulting, advertising placement, legal, financial, or other regulated services.
Can I resell or share the templates?
No. Editable source files and access links cannot be resold, shared, redistributed, sublicensed, or included in marketplaces, memberships, PLR packs, or MRR bundles.
What account do I need?
Canva-based products require a free or paid Canva account. Exact requirements are shown on each product page.
How do I access a purchase?
Use the link in the Lemon Squeezy receipt or customer order portal. Contact support if access is unavailable.
