Digital products
Design4Social products are delivered digitally and can be accessed after successful payment. Because digital files cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally final after access or download, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
Eligible issues
Contact us within 7 days for a duplicate charge, the wrong product, or a verified technical issue that prevents access. We will first attempt to restore access or provide the correct files.
Product compatibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, included formats, software requirements, and license terms before purchasing.
Requesting support
Email hello@design4social.com with the order email, order number, product name, and a description of the issue.
Payment processing
Payments, receipts, transaction taxes, and approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record when a Lemon Squeezy checkout is used.
