1. License grant
A completed purchase grants the customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and edit the purchased product for one individual professional brand or one business entity.
2. Permitted use
The customer may customize text, colors, photos, logos, and layout for the licensed business and publish exported finished designs on websites, social media, email, print marketing, and client-facing materials.
3. Internal collaborators
Employees or contractors working directly for the licensed business may edit the files solely for that business. Source files and access links must not be shared outside the licensed business.
4. Prohibited use
Editable source templates may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, shared, given away, uploaded to a marketplace, added to a membership, or included in PLR or MRR products.
5. Intellectual property
Ownership of the original template structure, design system, written guide, and source assets remains with Design4Social. Customers retain ownership of their own logos, photos, and content added to the templates.
