Design4Social sells downloadable digital design assets. No physical goods are shipped. We do not provide brokerage, mortgage, financial, legal, advertising-placement, consulting, or custom design services.
2. Orders and payment
Pricing is shown before checkout. When used, Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record and handles payment processing, applicable transaction taxes, receipts, and payment records.
3. Delivery
Digital files or access instructions are provided after successful payment. Customers must provide a valid email address and maintain access to the account used for purchase.
4. License
Products are licensed, not sold as intellectual property. Use is subject to the Design4Social Commercial License.
5. Customer content
Customers are responsible for ensuring that logos, photos, trademarks, copy, and other content added to templates are lawful and appropriately licensed.
6. Disclaimer
Templates are general design resources and do not constitute legal, financial, real estate, or marketing advice. Results depend on the customer’s own content, market, and implementation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator’s liability relating to a product is limited to the amount paid for that product.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer’s jurisdiction.
